I practice in healthy living and try my best in making healthy dishes for everyone.. here is a very unique recipe trying for the first time and it turned out very delicious…..please give this a try and you’ll will love this guaranteed…do share your views if u try my recipe.

Ingredients :

200 gm Paneer
2 tbsp groundnut oil for marinating
2 tbsp ghee for frying and cooking
4 medium size onion diced
1/2 tbsp grated giner
1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

For the spice blend:

1/2 tbsp pink salt
1/2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp tumeric powder
1/2 tbsp ground coriander powder
1/2 tbsp cumin powder
1/2 tbsp oregano spice powder
*mix everything

For the peanut curry paste :

2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp chilli paste
1/4 cup peanut butter
2-3 tbsp water
*mix everything

Method :

– Marinate  the paneer with the spices and groundnut oil and let it rest in freezer for 10-12 mins                                                                             
 – In a pan add ghee and saute the paneer until brown and keep it aside
– In the same pan add onion, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, and saute for 5 mins
– Add the curry paste and water (according to your consistency of the curry ) mix it and then add the remaining spices and mix them well too.
– Serve hot and eat as it is or with rice / bread / chapatti.
