HONEY =1/4CUP

YOGHURT =1CUP

MILK=1/2CUP

EGG=1 ROOM TEMP

OLIVE OIL =2TBSP

BAKING POWDER =2TSP

BAKING SODA =1/4TSP

VANILLA ESSENCE =1TSP

BLACK RAISINS FOR GARNISH

METHOD

BEAT EGG WITH OIL .

WHEN ITS CREAMY ADD YOGHURT.

WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH NO LUMPS.

ADD MILK MIX WELL.

ADD 1/4CUP NATURAL HONEY.

MIX WELL.

ADD OATS/OATS FLOUR =2CUPS.

ADD VANILLA ESSENCE =1TSP.

ADD BAKING POWDER =2TSP .

ALONG WITH BAKING SODA =1/4TSP.

MIX WELL.

PLACE BUTTER PAPER IN BAKING LOAF TIN.

THAN POUR BATTER INTO TIN

TAB TAB TO REMOVE BUBBLES.

SPRINKLE SOME OATS WITH RAISINS.

BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN ON 250°C FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.

SUPER MOIST AND SOFT BREAD IS READY IN 45 MINUTES.

HEALTHY FOOD AND WHOLEMEAL NO NEED ANY EXTRA TOPPING OR SPREAD.
CAN BE CONSUMED AS IT IS WITH CUP OF COFFEE OR TEA.
