Super easy to make 5 main ingredients, Low carb dessert, sugar free, 1 minute microwaveable keto desert single serving size! Healthy single serve dessert recipes that I can’t get enough of!

Recipe:
1 Medium Egg (use whatever you have)
1 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
2 Tablespoons of PB2
1.5 Tablespoons of Swerve Confectioners Sugar
1/2 teaspoon of Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of Vanilla extract (not completely necessary)
Dash of Salt (it’s a great addition)
Mix together and microwave for 1 minute in a microwave safe dish

Macros: roughly 110 calories for the entire cake/brownie (without added chocolate chips)
6 grams of fat
9 grams of carbs (this counts the erythritol from the swerve sweetener, 4 grams of fiber, 2 sugars
12 grams protein
