Monday –
Smoothie:
2 cups of water
1/2 cup of chocolate protein powder
1 frozen banana
1 frozen avocado
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
2 TB. of Almond Butter
Hamburger Salad:
1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 TB. Italian seasoning
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. of black pepper
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp. dijon mustard
1 1/2 heads of romaine lettuce chopped
1 cup of cherry tomatoes chopped
Red onion sliced ( to your liking)
1 avocado chopped.
Brown meat, add seasonings. Mix together the mayonnaise & mustard, set aside to use as dressing.
Top lettuce, with meat mixture, tomatoes & onion. Add dressing!

Banana Bread:
4 – 5 bananas
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup chocolate chips
2 cups old fashioned oats
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9×5 loaf pan. Blend banana, peanut butter and oats in a blender. ( don’t over blend). Mix in chocolate chips. Add mixture to pan. Bake 25 -35 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
