If you love chocolate as much as I do you’ll fall in love with this recipe. It is perfect for a healthy breakfast, snack or dessert 🍫
Ingredients:
• 1 cup almond flour
• ¼ cup coconut flour
• ¼ cup cocoa powder • 1 tsp baking soda
• 3 bananas (mashed)
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp pure maple syrup or honey
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
• In a bowl combine almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder and baking soda.
• In a separate bowl whisk together the mashed bananas, eggs, pure maple syrup and apple cider vinegar until well combined. • Add in the dry ingredients. Use a spoon to combine. Fold in 1/3 cup of chocolate chips.
• Pour batter into prepared loaf pan, sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top. Bake for 40 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Enjoy!
