Vermicelli Dosa | Instant Semiya Dosa | Healthy Recipe | Breakfast recipes | Karavali Kitchen
Ingredients
1 cup vermicelli
1 cup of rice flour
1/2 cup semolina(Rava)
1/2 cup curds
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup grated carrot
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
3 cups of water
Salt as per taste
2 tsp of ghee per dosa
Dry roast the vermicelli until it becomes crisp and brown in colour. You also can get roasted vermicelli from the store and skip this step
Add all the ingredients one by one.
Whisk them by adding water.
Keep aside for 15 to 20 mins.
Give a mix again
Pour a ladle full of batter into the pan.
Fry the dosa until it begins roasting(2-3 minutes roughly)
Drop ghee on the sides of the dosa and sprinkle few drops in the middle
Flip the dosa and fry it on the other side for 30 seconds.
Serve with green chutney. It tastes good even without the chutney
