Tenderize the chicken with a meat mallet, marinate with salt, pepper and olive oil.

We only used 4 minutes in this video. If you use a larger chicken tender or use a chicken breast, it needs to increase cooking time.

Salad dressing ingredients:
Lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano
