Hi loves! Here is my 1,000 calorie weight gain shake!! This shake is going to be so helpful for those of you trying to eat a certain amount of calories a day! It’s so hard for me to eat 3,000 calories every single day so this shake has definitely helped!
If you’re not a big fan of bananas I would recommend only putting in 1 banana and more strawberries, that’s definitely what I’m going to do next time because the taste of the bananas is really strong! Remember that you can use any fruit that you like, just remember to count the calories! Your smoothie doesn’t have to be 1,000 calories, even a 500 calorie shake that you drink twice a day can be a huge help!
I totally miscalculated the calorie amount in my video, the total calories in this drink is 1028 calories!
Here is the recipe:
– 2 cups of milk – 300 calories
– 1 cup of strawberries – 50 calories
– 1 cup of Quaker rolled oats – 360 calories
– 2 bananas – 210 calories
– 2 tablespoons of sugar – 96 calories (I know I said teaspoon in the video my measuring spoon was a tablespoon!)
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – 12 calories
Total Calories: 1028 Calories
With crackers + mayo (70 calories) = 1098 calories
Protein – 2.6g in bananas | 12g in oats | 16g in milk | Total = 30.6g
