Recipe: Ragi java is healthy for kids and grown ups | can be make with milk and buttermilk
Ingredients:
Ragi powder| milk or buttermilk
Easy to make and healthy drink
Preperation:
1 big spoon ragi powder( approx 3 tablespoons)
Dilute thin paste with water no lumps
Take 1 glass water add pinch of salt let boil
Add the mixture to it and stir and cook on medium flame | cook to thick paste turn off flame let it cool down
Take yogurt in a bowl whisk well and salt to taste .
Add butter milk to the mixture enjoy drink
For kids add milk cold/ warm with half spoon sugar cardamom powder (optional)
