This is perfect recipe for summers, because curd should always be consumed in sweet way so it cools down your body.
Tips:
1) Always use fresh Curd in this recipe
2) The jaggery and powder should not have too many lumps
3) The milk added to recipe should be lukewarm or room temperature
4) Kesar should be soaked in milk at least for 10-15 minutes
5) Let the shrikhand refrigerate for 3-4 hours before you consume
