Dried Mango & Dry Fruit Rollups
Ingredients
4 Cups Mango Puree
2 Cups Sugar (maybe reduced as per taste)
25 gm Almonds
25 gm Pistachio
25 gm Cashewnuts
25 gm Walnuts
Place a pan on low flame and add mango puree in it. Also add sugar and cook it for about 25-30 minutes till the water content is minimized. Let it cool and set aside
Cut all dry fruits in small segments and mix them.
Take a baking pan, grease it and level the cooked puree on the base in thin layer. Sprinkle with mixed dry fruits on top and press them in the puree.
Heat oven to about 100 deg C, and bake it for about 5-6 hours, till the time the puree gets completely dried. Don’t forget to check in between.
Once the puree is dried, let it cool.
Take out the dried puree carefully from the baking pan. Lay on cutting board and cut in rectangular pieces. Roll them up with dry fruit side facing outside.
