Sea Bream & Roasted Garlic Canellini Beans Recipe

– 2 x Sea Bream Fillets
– 1 Bulb of Garlic
– 2 Tins of Cannelini Beans
– 125g Shiitake Mushrooms
– 100ml Milk

1) Roast the Garlic in the oven for 20 minutes at 200°C.
2) Peel the garlic and flatten into a paste.
3) Slowly cook the beans with garlic and milk for 10 minutes.
5) Quickly wash the mushrooms in cold water. Slice finely
6) Fry off the mushrooms in hot oil, add seasoning.
7) Lightly score the fish on its skin and fry in a pan for 2 minutes on the skin side and 30 seconds on the other side.
