Ingredients for Chicken Pakoda:
Chicken, small boneless 300 gms
For Marination
– Salt- 1 tsp
– Red Chilli powder- 1 tsp
– Garlic paste- 1.5 tsp
– Onion 2 whole medium-sized
Pakoda flour mixture:
– Gram flour (Besan)or Chickpea flour- 1 cup
– Salt- 1/2 tsp
– Red Chilli powder-1 tsp
– Chopped spinach 1 and a half cup
– Oil- 1 tbsp
– Water- 1 cup
Preparation:
Marinate the chicken with its ingredients and cover it in room temperature or fridge for 15 minutes.
– Add all ingredients into gram flour for mixture/batter. Mix with a spatula/spoon or hands. The chicken pieces will be covered with the mixture.
Process:
– Heat oil in a Kadai/wok.
– When the oil is hot, drop the breaded / chapati for one for not to boil oil.
– Add pakoras by spoon one by one or you can do it by your hands.
– Keep stirring and keep them separate.
– Within 6-7 minutes, reduce the flame to low and let them golden brown.
– Pakoda Recipe is ready.
