~For Dough~
All-purpose flour / Maida- 1/2 Cup
Wheat Flour/ Atta- 1/2 Cup
Salt- 1/2 tsp or to taste
Oil/ Ghee- 1 tsp
Water- 1/2 Cup or as required
~For Stuffing~
Soya Chunks- 1 Cup / 50 g
Water- 2 Cups Boiling
Onion- 1 medium size
Red Chilli to taste
Green Chilli to taste
OIL- 1-2 tbsp
Cloves- 2
Green Cardamom- 1 pod
Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder- 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 tsp
Finely Chopped Coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Tomato Ketchup- 2 tbsp
Oil as required
