Hey Guys! Today’s recipe is Broccoli & Cauliflower Paratha. Many of us like parathas but people who are health conscious might not prefer to eat so I am presenting a healthy way of making paratha so that anyone can enjoy as it has high nutrient values like fibre, iron,vitamic C, protien etc. On the other hand cauliflower is having 0% fat. Overall I used little amount of olive oil you can substitute it with clarified butter / ghee. These parathas can be eaten in breakfast,lunch,dinner or as snacks. You even can pack them to your kids lunch box. Please try this recipe and let me know your experiences in the comments section below.
Ingredients
For making dough
1. Wheat Flour – 1 ½ cup
2. Salt – as per taste
3. Water – as required
4. Oil – 1 tsp
For stuffing curry
1. Olive Oil (any cooking oil) -1 tbsp
2. Ginger – garlic paste – 1 tsp
3. Coriander powder – 1tsp
4. Cumin / Jeera powder – ½ tsp
5. Carom seeds / Ajwain – 1 tsp
6. Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
7. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
8. Broccoli grated – 1 cup
9. Cauliflower grated – 1 cup
10. Salt – as per taste
11. Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
12. Green chillies – 3-4
13. Mint & Coriander leaves – ½ cup
For Serving
1. Curd – 1 cup
2. Any pickle
