Oats chilla
A quick healthy and delicious cooked with less oil oats recipe in just 20 minutes.
This oats chilla is just similar to besan ka chilla…spiced pancakes made with veggies..it is a healthy alternative compared to the oats overnight..or perhaps consuming just oats with milk.. This can be served without any side since it tastes very good on its own,
However here I served this with beetroot raita…
And the combo just go through a big wow…u may serve this with aachar ..tea….or any other raita..

INGREDIENTS FOR OATS CHILLA👇👇👇👇
2cup oats flour
1/2 cup besan
1/2 cup suji
1 spoon chilli flakes
1 spoon ajwain jeera
1/2 spoon haldi powder
3-4 chopped green chillies
few Chopped green chillies
1 fine chopped onion
1 fine chopped capsicum
salt as per taste
1/2 inch crushed ginger
1fine chopped tomato
few Chopped coriander leaves
👉Take 2 cup oats in a grinder and grind to a fine powder..
👉Now in a big bowl add all veggies and spices together with besan,oats flour and suji/rava/…and mix it well…
after that add salt as per taste…nd add water to make a batter of semi flowing consistency..
(note::: the batter should be in medium consistency …nor too thick…neither flowing)
👉Now grease the non sticky pan with very little oil..
and pour a ladle full of batter…,gently with the back of the ladle…begin to spread the batter
👉On a low medium flame cook the chilla till the both top begins to look cooked
