Ingredients:
3 very ripe Bananas, mashed (about 1 1/4 cup mashed banana)
2 Eggs, at room temperature (very important to be at room temp)
1/3 cup Pure Maple Syrup
1/2 cup Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 3/4 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Cinnamon
¼ tsp Salt
1/3 cup Butter, melted and cooled

Optional add-ins:
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans
1/2 cup Chocolate Chips, dairy free if desired
2 tbs Chocolate Chips, for sprinkling on top
2 tbs Pumpkin Seeds, for sprinkling on top
