Wet ingredients
1/4 cup flax seeds
2 tablespoon chia seeds
½ cup tapioca flour
1.5 cup of warm milk
4 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoon zattar(optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil
Dry Ingredients
2.5 cups (200grams) oats lightly roasted not powdered
½ teaspoon salt ( i used I teaspoon)
¾ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons of seeds like pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds
butter/oil to grease
