In this Salad recipe I have made moong daal and black chana sprouts.This recipe could be taken twice a day if somebody looking for weight loose, digestive problem, weight maintain.
For one surviving:
Ingredients:
Moong daal -1/2 Cup.(30gms)
Black chana -1/2 Cup.(30gms)
Chopped tomato-Half cup.
Chopped onion-1/3 cup
Chaat masala -1/2 tablespoon.
Coriander leave-1/4 cup.
Lemon juice -half lemon.
Blak salt, white salt (optional)
Dry fruits-kismis,makhana,peanuts(Optional)
