Banana bread, which is super healthy and super tasty!
Notes:
– This is can be made in Pressure Cooker or Nonstick Pan as well. Preheat cooker or pan for 10-12 minutes on medium flame and bake for 20-25 minutes on low – medium flame.
– You can replace Oil with Melted Butter or Ghee.
– You can replace Powdered Sugar with Jaggery Powder or Brown Sugar.
– While making Banana Puree, don’t add water. Just cut banana into pieces and blend.
– You can replace Cinnamon Powder with Cardamom Powder or Vanilla Essence, based on your preference.
– You can add Grated Chocolate, Or Chocochips or any Nuts of your choice to the batter.
– You can serve it as is, or Top with some powdered sugar, or Chocolate spread.
– Last, but not the least, I noticed that it tastes best after it is refrigerated for atleast 2 hours. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
