We always look for easy snacking options and sandwich is one of them. Cold Sandwich or Mayo sandwich is one of the easiest and quickest recipe for evening snack and even for morning breakfast.

Let’s check the ingredients:
1/4 Cup Boiled Beans (See Notes below for this)
1/4 Cup Finely chopped Cucumber
1/4 Cup Finely chopped Capsicum
1/4 Cup Grated Carrot
1/2 Cup Shredded Lettuce
1/4 Cup Sweet Corns (See Notes below for this)
2 TBSP Mayo
1 Tsp Fresh Cream
1/2 Tsp Salt (OR as per taste)
3/4 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
8 Wheat/Brown Bread Slices

Follow steps in video and make healthy veg mayo sandwich for you. You can add small chunks of pineapple or apple or any other veggie you like to make it your favorite. You can also choose not to put any other veggie mentioned.

Notes:
1. For Beans, you need to chop beans into small size and put them in boiling water for 10 min. That will help to get rid the raw taste of it.
2. Instead of Lettuce, you can use shredded cabbage.
3. I have used frozen corns and kept them in hot water until they get soft.
4. You can use fresh malai instead of cream.
