Ingredients
1 large cabbage ( try getting the big one, due to lockdown I got small one)
boiling water as required
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 TSP vinegar (optional )

1/2 Kg Minced Chicken
1/4 Cup spring onions
1/4 Cup grated carrot
2 green chillies
1/2 inch Ginger
coriander leaves
salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Garlic powder
Soya sauce

You can use any kind of filling
chicken, veggies depending on your preference.

like you can use onion instead of spring onions, or use red chili powder to make it spicy. once the roll are streamed you can shallow fry it too

NOTE- You need to boil the cabbage leaves properly.
When the leaves will turn yellowish green in colour it means it is cooked
Do remove the hard part as shown in the video. by doing this you won’t break the cabbage leaves while rolling it. very important part again.
Preheat before placing the Roll 💚
