1 Spaghetti Squash
(Place in the microwave for 5-7 minutes prior to cutting open)

1/2 cup of skim milk
1/2 cup of chicken broth
2 low fat swiss laughing cow cheese
2 oz Neufchatel cheese
1/4 cup parm cheese
2 tablespoons of minced garlic
