In a high-powered blender, BLEND & pour the following into a shallow bowl:
+ (1) 3.5 oz packet Acai berries, Unsweetened & frozen. Find in frozen section of grocery store.
+ ½ medium Banana (put most in the blender, save a few slices for topping)
+ ¼ cup Plain Greek Yogurt, unsweetened
+ small handful Baby Spinach leaves
+ ¼ cup Frozen Cherries (or any berry you like)
+ Scant ½ cup Frozen Blueberries
+ 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder, no added-sugar:
+ ¼ cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
Toppings:
+ 2 TB fresh blueberries
+ 5-6 fresh blackberries (or strawberries if preferred)
+ 3-4 slices of banana
+ 1.5 TB shredded coconut, unsweetened
+ 1 TB pistachios, roughly chopped
