Ingredients –
Fresh malai (1 cup)
Onion (1 no.)
Tomato (1 no.)
Cucumber (1/2 cup)
Green chillies (2 nos.)
Tomato ketchup (optional)
Coriander or mint chutney (optional)
Bread slices (white or brown)
How to Make –
Take fresh malai and add all the veggies (onion, tomato, cucumber, green chillies).
Make a mixture.
Apply this mixture on one slice of the bread. On the other slice, apply tomato ketchup, coriander or mint chutney.
Smear oil or butter and toast it till golden brown.
Serve it hot.
