Pangasius/basa fish with fermented bamboo shoot boil recipe :-
Ingredients :
1) Basa fish 1/2 kilo grm
2) Fermented bamboo shoot 60gms
3) Garlic ginger paste 20gms
4) Salt 10gms ( add as per your requirement)
5) Green chilly chopped 5gm to 10gm (as per ur requirement).
6) Schizuan paper/wild paper 10gms (powdered)
7) culantro/ Mexican coriander 5 to 6 leaves.
7) Water 500ml
8) Rose Mary ( As per required for garnishing n aroma).
Method of preparation:-
1) In a Pan add water and let it boil.
2) Then add the basa fish in it.
3) Add Salt to taste n ginger garlic paste.
4) Add fermented Bamboo shoots.
5) Let it boil for 15 minutes.
6)After that add Schizuan paper and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
7) Then add culantro/mexican coriander n simmer it for 5 more minutes.
After 25 minutes the Basa fish with fermented bamboo shoots boiled curry is ready to serve for 5 servings.
