Walnut Banana Bread (Vegan)
A very simple, easy and healthy recipe. Simple ingredients, egg free, dairy free- it’s simply the best banana bread ever!!

This Banana Bread is made of whole wheat flour, mashed bananas and walnuts. It’s a perfect blend of taste and health. Super soft, fluffy and moist- you won’t regret this!

All plant based ingredients make it a more healthy option.
Whole wheat flour is always a better option than white flour and banana has many nutrients and is also an antioxidant.
Overall a perfect option for Bread!

I have also given it another variation by adding chocolate chips to the same batter and baking it in cup cake moulds- a perfect choice for the kids!

Ingredients:
Wheat flour- 2 cups
Banana- 3 (Ripe)
Sugar- 3/4th cup
Vegetable oil- 3/4cup
Cinnamon powder- 1tsp
Banking powder- 1tsp
Baking Soda- 1/2tsp
Vanilla Essence- 1tsp
Walnuts- 1/4cup
Almond or Coconut Milk to adjust batter consistency (optional)
For the Cupcake variation:
Chocolate Chips- 1/4cup
Rest of the ingredients are same as above.

Baking instructions:
For banana bread, bake for 60 mins at 350F or 180C
For cupcakes bake for 50mins at 350F or 180C
