In this video, we are showing you how to make simple easy homemade Almond Butter with a food processor!!!
This Almond Butter recipe is unbelievably easy and it is healthier than most butter out there. You can use it to spread on any snack that you would like to have, put it in your oats, and also use it as a replacement for peanut butter.
Almonds are absolutely packed with so many nutrients and contain low calories so it does not hurt to add it as a must-have in most of your diets. Almond Butter also contains healthy fats and is good for smoothies as well which is especially good for people who want to lose weight the natural way.
Watch how simple and easy it is to make, with just a food processor.
You will need the following:
Almond
A pinch of sea salt
Dates if you want it sweet and
Cinnamon

Steps
a) First, put the almond on a frying pan, I will not be using an oven in this one
b) Then you put it on fire, with low heat, after 5- 10 minutes sprinkle salt and continue stirring, after a while you bring it down
c) Next you put it in your food processor, then add the dates and blend.
d) When it has gotten past the powdery form and in a semi paste form you add the cinnamon and continue blending, till it is a very smooth and soft paste, almost watery.
e) Then you bring it out and put it in a jar.
