Ingredients/सामग्री
1.5 ltr Milk/दूध
Rice(Soaked for 30 mins)-1 katori/चावल
1 katori Sugar/चीनी or acc to taste
Saffron /केसर -8-10 strands
Method
Boil milk and while this boils grind the soaked rice.After 1-2 boils add the kesar starnds and the grinded rice in milk.Stir it continuously for approx. 5 mins or till 1-2 more boil and then simmer the gas and cook it for 25 mins till the phirni turns creamy. Add sugar and cook for another 5 mins. Transfer it to bowl, add some dry fruits and let it cool for minimum 30 mins.
Yummy phirni is ready !!
