This Mexican bean salad is one of the best kids favorites. It is a very good balance diet. Very easy to make and you can prepare this Mexican bean salad in less than 15 min.

Ingredients:
Kidney Beans – 100g
Chickpeas – 100g
Butter Beans – 60g
Sweet Corn – 60g
Bell Pepper – 100g (Red/Green/Yellow)
Onion – 1 Medium size

Olive Oil – 1/2 cup
Vinegar – 1 tbs
Garlic – 1 clove
Coriander – 1 tbs
Salt – to taste
Sugar – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1/2 lemon
Ketchup – 2 tbs
