Ingredients:
1 cup chana
1/2 medium sized onion
1/2 cucumber
1/2 tomato
2 green chillies
Coriander
Lemon (as per taste)
Chaat Masala (as per taste)
Salt ( as per taste)
Method:
Soak 1 cup chana overnight, drain the water and keep it for sprouting for at least 2 to 3 days. In between wash the chana at least once a day.
Boil the chana in a pressure cooker by giving it 7 to 8 whistles.
In the boiled chana add a medium sized 1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped cucumber, 1/2 chopped tomato, 2 chopped green chilies, chopped coriander, lime juice, chaat masala & salt as per your taste.
Mix all the ingredients well and your healthy snack is ready to serve and eat!
