In today’s video I share the two smoothies I drink every single day. These smoothies are great healthy ways to start your day by adding them into your breakfast. They are packed with vitamins and minerals. With everything going on with covid-19 we need our bodies to be ready to fight all the “bad guys”! Let’s do our due diligence in starting our health journey, while also being proactive in building our immunity.
Quick tip: you can add raw turmeric too! I eat a predominately Indian diet so I get a lot of turmeric in a day, but definitely add!
