This video highlights 7 recipes for family friendly weeknight dinners! If you’re looking for a simple recipe to simplify your weeknight, you’ve come to the right place.
All of my videos are edited by me (credit given to original content creators) using the editing programs Final Cut Pro and Adobe Photoshop. I create an intro, add title pages, change the background, add music, start each recipe with the finished product to give the viewer an idea of what is being prepared and end each video with the ingredients, the calories associated with each ingredient and written instructions on how each meal is prepared to add educational value to my viewers. I also use professional voice artists to help create voice overs.
My videos are created with one purpose in mind, to provide my viewers with amazing content that can be found in one place. I have a massive love for food and I’ve always wanted an easy source to find new recipe ideas.

– Zesty Lime Chicken Black Bean And Rice:
4 chicken thighs
1 cup white rice (200 g)
1 ½ cups chicken broth (355 mL)
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ onion, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ cup fresh cilantro (20 g), chopped
1 can black beans, drained
1 lime
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
– Baked Chicken Parmesan:
2 large chicken breasts (roughly 1 lb)
2 tablespoons all purpose flour (almond and GF flour may also work)
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (freshly shredded)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
To serve:
Fresh basil leaves (torn)
– Southwest Chicken Skillet:
1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
1 cup salsa
1.5-2 cups precooked shredded chicken
15 oz. can black beans
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 3/4 cups chicken broth
1 cup shredded cheese
2-3 green onions, sliced
– Baked Beef and Black Bean Tacos:
TACO SEASONING
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp salt
Freshly cracked pepper
TACOS
1 Tbsp cooking oil
1 yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 lb lean ground beef (93% lean or higher)
15 oz can black beans
1 box 10 hard taco shells
1 cup shredded cheddar (4oz.)
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
1 tomato
1 jalapeño
Handful fresh cilantro
1/4 cup sour cream
– Creamy Pumpkin Sage Pasta:
16 oz fettuccine pasta
1 can coconut milk ~ 14 oz, unsweetened
1 can 100% pure pumpkin purée (15 oz)
1 tsp dried sage
3/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Pepitas optional, for garnish
– Vegan Pesto Pasta:
1 cup fresh basil (40 g), packed
1 cup fresh arugula (40 g), packed
½ lemon lemon juice
⅓ cup olive oil (80 mL)
½ cup water (120 mL)
2 cloves garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 ¼ cups almond meal (125 g)
1 lb vegan spaghetti (455 g)
⅓ cup pasta water (80 mL) — if you’re using this as a dip, omit the pasta water
– Cheesy Taco Breadsticks:
1 small onion, diced
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 lb ground beef (455 g)
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1 lb pizza dough (455 g), rolled out into a rectangle
1 cup mexican cheese blend (100 g)
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salsa, for dipping
Guacamole, for dipping
