An ideal breakfast that takes care of your daily protein intake especially if you do not eat meat. You can enjoy it when you are on the go because it can be prepared in advance and refrigerated for up to 10 days. Just heat and eat !

Ingredients:

300 gms. Tofu
1 Cup. Soya flour
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 tsp. Rosemary
Salt as per taste
1 Nos. Egg
1 Nos. Dried Red Chilli
1 Tsp. Garlic granules
1 Tsp. Smoked paprika
1 Tsp. Parsley
1 Pinch. Nutmeg

Method:

Blend tofu, egg, olive oil, red chilli and salt using an electric blender. Now, add the flour and remaining ingredients to form a dough. Shape into sausages and steam. Once steamed its ready to eat. Optionally, you can lightly sauté it with olive oil after it is steamed. Enjoy!
