Ingredients:
Meatballs with Bolognese Sauce
1/2 cup. Tomato paste
1 tbsp. Soya flor
1/2 kg. Chicken mince
1 Nos. Egg white
1 Tbsp. Olive oil
1 Tsp. Ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp. Black pepper powder
1 Tsp. Kashmiri red chilli powder
1 Nos. Bay leaf
1 Nos. Onion
1 Tsp. Parsley
1 Tsp. Rosemary
1 Tsp. Garlic granules
4-5 Fresh Basil leaves
Salt as per taste
Pasta:
1/2 cup. Soya flour
1/2 cup. Whole wheat flour
1 Nos. Egg
Salt as per taste
Method:
Mix together salt, pepper, chicken, olive oil, ginger garlic paste and egg. Blend this using a blender to form a paste. Now add soya flour to it as bind it to form meatballs. In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions for 2 mins. Add in the tomato paste, garlic granules, red chilli powder, bay leaf, rosemary and water. Give that a stir and cover the lid to give a quick boil. When that’s boiled lower the heat and add in the meatballs and let them cook in the sauce for about 20 mins on medium heat with the lid covered. Finally add in the fried basil and parsley and turn off the heat.
For the pasta, kneed together all the ingredients to form a form dough. If it is too heard then add a drop of water and grease on some oil. Now roll it out and cut it out to pasta strips. Boil water in a sauce pan and add in the pasta. Let this cook for 5 mins on medium heat. Finally, plate this out with the sauce and garnish it with fresh basil and olive oil. Enjoy !
