#Healthy # Salad # Ni’s World

Ingredients:
1. Mint Leaves
2. Coriander Leaves
3. Ginger
4. Chillies
5. Cumin Seeds
6. Salt
7. Curd
8. Fresh Cream
9. Grapefruit
10. Pomegranate
11. Strawberries
12. Apple
13. Pepper Powder

Method:
1. Take a “Mixer” .

2. Add Chopped Mint Leaves , Add Chopped Coriander Leaves , Add Chopped Ginger 1/4 th inch , Add 2 Chopped Chillies , Add 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds , Add Salt as Per Taste And Add 5 tbsp Curd .

3. Grind It into fine Paste .

4. Take a “bowl” And Add Fresh Cream to the Paste (Optional) , Mix the Paste Well .

5. Take a Separate Bowl , Add Grapefruit , Add Pomegranate , Add Strawberries , Add Apple , Mix it Well .

6. Take a Plate or Bowl for Platting , Add the Ingredients as you Like And Add the Pepper Powder as Per Taste.

And Your Healthy Grapefruit Salad is Ready !
