Ingredients :
SPINACH DOUGH – BEETROOT DOUGH –
Spinach puree : Beetroot puree :
Spinach – 1 cup Beetroot – 1 cup
Broccoli – ½ cup Ginger – ½ inch
Ginger – ½ inch Green chilli – 1
Green chilli – 1 Dough :
Dough – Wheat flour(Atta) – 2 cups
Wheat flour – 1 cup Salt – ½ tsp
Carom seeds(ajwain) – 1 tsp. Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp Garam masala – 1tsp
Oil – 1 tsp Oil – 1 tsp
Water if required Water if required

Carrot Dough –
Carrot – ½ cup
Red Capsicum – ½ cup
Ginger – 12 inch.
Dough :
Wheat flour(Atta) – 2 cup
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Salt – 12 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Water if required

FOE VEG STUFFING:
oil – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tbsp
Green chilli – 1 tsp
Onions – 1/2 cup
Red Capsicum – 1/4th cup
Green Capsicum – 1/4th cup
Yellow Capsicum – 1/4th cup
Corn – 1/4th cup
Broccoli – 1/4th cup
Carrot – 1/4th cup grated
Paneer – 1/2 cup grated
Salt to taste
Black pepper – 1/4th tsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Herbs – 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp

Mozzarella cheese – grated
