In this video I’ve shared 3 Healthy Alternatives to junk food. These are Some healthy food swaps which are easy to make and delicious. I have shared the detailed recipes for these Dishes.
The First Recipe is of Masala Oats. It is filling and tasty. We can have this as breakfast or lunch. It is rich in protein and good carbs.
Second is an anytime snack. It is Makhana pops. Makhana is a super food. It is great healthy and tasty munching option.
Third is a sweet alternative, It is called Banana bites. We used Dark chocolate and Peanut Butter in this. Both are good for health and completely satisfies our sweet cravings.
