Sprouts Salad
Day 1
Green Moong Dal – ½ Cup
Add water
Leave Green Moong Dal soak in water overnight
Day 2
Drain the water
Cover with wet cloth
Leave it with wet cloth overnight
Make sure to keep the cloth wet
Day 3
On day 3, you will see sprouts appearing
1 small cucumber, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves + for garnish
½ tsp Black Salt
½ tsp Red chilli powder
Juice of ½ a lemon
Take sprouted moong dal in a bowl
1 small cucumber, finely chopped
Black Salt ½ tsp
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1 tbsps freshly chopped coriander leaves
Mix
½ tsp Red chilli powder
Squeeze in ½ lemon
