Today I came up with 4 new healthy breakfast ideas and they all are allergy friendly (if you’re not allergic to eggs) made with whole real organic ingredients.

Here are some dairy free gluten free breakfast ideas that health-conscious people will love:
INGREDIENTS For These Healthy Breakfast Ideas (Gluten Free Dairy Free Whole30)
★ 1. Mango Oatmeal Bowl (serves 1)
3/4 to 1 cup rolled oats, organic, gluten free (cooked)
1 fresh mango, chopped
1/2 banana or 1 small banana
1 Tbsp flax seeds, organic
2 Cubes frozen homemade hemp milk (equivalent to 1/3 cup liquid)
1 Tbsp pumpkin and sunflower seed mix, raw
1/2 Tsp poppy seeds
Salt to taste
★ 2. Pancakes With Fruit And Seeds (Yields 8)
2 medium bananas, mashed
2 eggs, organic, cage free, pasture raised
1/3 Tsp salt
1/2 Cup sorghum flour
1 Tbsp vanilla infused oil
1 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp apple cider vinegar
2 Tbsp maple syrup (as topping)
cashew yogurt, or other (as topping)
Additional: 2-3 Tbsp of seeds like pumpkin and sunflower
Additional: 1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
★ 3. Kiwi, Greens And Oatmeal Bowl (serves 1)
3/4 to 1 cup rolled oats, organic, gluten free (cooked)
1 big kiwi, sliced
1/2 avocado
1 handful of greens (I used dandelions)
1/4 cup plant milk (I used hemp)
1 tbsp sunflower and pumpkin seeds mix as topping
7 almonds as topping
1 tbsp honey for sweetness, organic raw (topping)
★ 4. Zucchini Frittata (serves 2-3)
1 large zucchini, shaved
4 eggs organic, free range, pasture raised
6-8 cherry tomatoes, organic
2-3 big cauliflower florets
handful of chopped chives
Salt & pepper to taste
