Ingredients :
200 gms red or white beaten rice or flattened rice
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 green chillies – chopped
2 medium onions – finely chopped
1 medium potato (cut into small Cubes)
3 tbsp oil
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
10/15 Curry leaves
â…“ cup Peanuts
½ Cup fresh coriander leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
