How to make sundal recipe

INGREDIENT’S :
1. Multi grain’s – Multi colour Channa dal, Green & White peas, etc – 1 cup (Soak it for 6 to 8 hours)
2. Grated coconut – ¼ cup
3. Green Chilly – 2 to 3
4. Coriander & curry leaves – 1 hand full
5. Jeera – 1tsp
6. Salt – As required
7. Oil (or) ghee – 1tsp
8. Ginger – 1 small piece
9. Mustard, Uraddal, Chanadal, Asafoetida – each ¼tsp
