Hey guys and welcome back! Today’s video I show you 2 recipes that I pretty much ate every week night for a month, and with consistently working out I lost 10LBS! Keep in mind that this can vary for everyone. I did not really change much else about my diet except eating a lot less carbs at dinner. On weekends I always eat/drink what I want as I do not believe in full blow “diets”.
