Today I am showing you how to make gluten free multi grain bread recipe at home. It is very easy to make. It’s a very healthy bread n very good for people having allergies from gluten.So let’s start the recipe.

Seeds ingredients

1/4 cup sunflower seeds

1/4 pumpkin seeds

2 tbs flaxseeds

2 tbs black sesame seeds

2 tbs white sesame seeds

Take a pan and pour the seeds into it and roast them for 5 to 7 minutes keep
Stirring it don’t burn. Just a roast to take out the dump ness out from the seeds. Keep them aside.

Note : Take out 3 tbs of roasted seeds on the side to sprinkle them on top of the bread before baking.

Wet ingredients

2 large eggs

1 cup buttermilk

1/3 cup oil of your choice

1 tbs chia seeds

1tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Take a bowl put the eggs in it and mix it well.

Add buttermilk to it and mix it well again.

Next you add the oil of your choice,chia seeds and lastly if you want add maple syrup or honey it’s optional.

Mix everything together and keep aside.

Dry ingredients

1 n 1/2 cup of cassava flour

1/2 cup pumpkin flour

1 tbs baking powder

1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda

1/2 tsp salt

Take another bowl add the cassava flour n pumpkin flour followed by the baking powder, baking soda and salt mix everything together very well.

Then add your roasted seeds into it and coat them all well into the flour.

Keep it aside.

Now take the wet ingredients bowl and add your dry ingredients into it little by little.

Keep mixing it well until all the mixture is well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared bread loaf tin greased n dusted with flour. You put baking paper on the base of it and keep it ready before expiring the mixture.

Flatten the mixture nicely and put the extra roasted seeds over it and take a spoon and press the seeds.

Bake it in the preheated oven of 180 degrees
for 40 mints. Until u check with tester if it cocked out clean take it out.

Let it settle for 30 mints on the rack. Then remove it and cut it. Serve with soup and jam.
