Welcome to my new cooking channel!
I am a foodie with a passion for cooking and living a healthy lifestyle. I’ve created this channel to encourage and support individuals with similar intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families to eat more healthily. Hoping to give them the tools and tips on how to make yummy healthy meals!!

RECIPE:
A Bowl of Greens, Cleaned and Chopped- ( I used butter lettuce, but you can use any lettuce you like)
1 Avocado
1/2 Cup Seeds ( Sunflower, walnuts, pecans…)
1 Tomato
1/2 Cup Carrot slivers or chopped
1 Cup Beets (cooked, sliced or chopped)
DRESSING
1 Cup Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
4 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
2 TBSP Cracked Pepper
Dash of Salt
