White sauce pasta atau pasta sos putih ni boleh dibuat dengan menggunakan pelbagai jenis pasta. Dalam video ni, saya menggunakan penne pasta. Sayur-sayuran di dalam pasta ni boleh dipelbagaikan mengikut citarasa masing-masing. Goreng sayur lebih kurang 2-3 minit sahaja untuk mengekalkan kerangupan sayur. Segala jenis herba pula boleh diletak mengikut selera sendiri. Boleh letak sedikit gula untuk mengimbangkan rasa masin dan pedas jika suka. Sos putih ini boleh ditambah dengan heavy cream dan juga cheese untuk rasa lebih sedap dan lemak. Selamat mencuba 😊
