Kanda Poha is a well known breakfast recipe from Maharashtra.
Its also a very healthy and delicious breakfast or tiffin option.
Not only its easy to prepare but it takes hardly any time. This recipe
is a blast of all the flavors from salty to sweet to sour.
Ingredients:
1. Flat rice – 2 cup
2. Onion – 1 large
3. Tomato – 1 small
4. Potato – 1 small
5. Green Chili – 2
6. Coriander
7. Grated coconut
8. Curry leaf – 1 string
9. Peanut – 2tbsp
10. Mustard seed – 1/2 tsp
11. Turmeric pwd – 1/2 tsp
12. Red Chili – 2
13. Lemon – 1/2
14. Sugar – 1/4tsp
15. Salt to taste
16. Mustard Oil – 2 tbsp
