250g chana dal
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 turmeric powder
1 tbsp tamarind pulp
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion
1 green chili
135 ml chicken stock
Chopped coriander for garnish
