This Weight Gain and brain development Sago Pumpkin Porridge (Sabudana Pumpkin Porridge) with healthy homemade almond powder, is very easy to make, tastes delicious and very healthy. It’s a perfect breakfast porridge for babies and kids. You can give it to babies above 10 months as well, but skip sugar and cow milk for them. For babies below 1 year, cook it in plain water and add infant formula while serving the porridge. You can also make it as a vegan recipe by replacing cow milk with almond milk or coconut milk. You can also add pinch of cardamom powder for flavoring.

INGREDIENTS
Chopped Pumpkin – 1/2 Cup
Milk – 1/2 Cup
Sugar – 1/2 Tbsp
Soaked Sago (Sabudana) – 2 Tbsp
Almond Powder – 1 tsp
