How to Bake Guilt Free Vegan Chocolate chip cookies! This simple and easy to make banana chocolate chip cookie / bread (reminds me of bear paws) only requires 4 ingredients : quinoa, flax seeds, bananas and water.. then of course you can add whatever flavours you love. I added chocolate chips and cranberries. My favourite thing is that you can enjoy this baked dessert guilt free and I love that it can be made into banana bread or cookies.
